August 2021, EA-RS Group Limited (“EA-RS”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the trade and assets of Essex Fire Sprinklers Limited (“EFS”) based in Wickford, Essex. This is the second acquisition for EA-RS this year following CCSS Fire and Security in February. EFS is a member of the LPCB and BAFSA, providing the design, install, commissioning and maintenance of automatic fire protection systems across a wide range of industries and sectors.
The acquisition of EFS will enhance EA-RS’s Sprinkler Centre of Excellence including service and maintenance contracts for notable clients across the UK. EA-RS will leverage its network of specialist sprinkler companies to deliver a one solution service to all EFS customers.
