Yesterday, EA-RS Group were thrilled to host their first Operations Conference. This significant event unfolded at the prestigious Wyboston Lakes in Bedford with the conference demonstrating a ground-breaking moment for EA-RS Group as it embarks on its journey to elevate operational excellence across its diverse business units.
The day commenced with CEO Alan Wheal and COO Mark Wheeler introducing the day with Alan covering our story, our why, our social values and the Group ethos.
EA-RS Group then held an icebreaker challenge to quiz attendees on how much they really know about EA-RS Group. Congratulations to our joint winners Daniel Bevan, David Harris, John Trickett and Lee Chandler!
Rob Croom, Group Sales Director and Lee Cartmer, Regional Managing Director presented an overview of the businesses within EA-RS Group which was shortly followed by Shaun Sutton, Interim Group H&S Coordinator providing a Health & Safety update.
Murray Horne, Divisional Managing Director, reminded staff of the importance of stopping and empowering colleagues and customers to think and stay safe.
John Trickett and Dan Bevan provided an update on simPRO and how we strive to collaborate on shared information so that we can serve our clients better and how we can be more predictable on mitigating risks.
Following a networking lunch, the afternoon consisted of three successful workshop sessions covering the best methods of recruitment, communication and what we can do to continue to strive as a collective to be the best and provide a world-class service.
