Rockpool completed its investment into EA-RS Group in January 2021 and has now completed the first bolt-on for the buy and build strategy led by the management team.
CCSS a provider of fire and security services headquartered in Birmingham, working with some of the UK’s leading housing associations. The acquisition of CCSS will provide the group with a centre of excellence for housing associations that are all under pressure to meet the demand for housing, ensure the highest standards are fire and security delivered and the increasing regulatory requirements are met.
