EA-RS Group, the UK’s trusted provider of intelligent, sustainable, compliant fire and security systems and services, today announced the acquisition of UK Security Doors (UKSD).
UKSD specialise in the provision of bespoke aluminium doors, windows, and curtain walls, and is the fifth company EA-RS Group has acquired this year following the successful acquisitions of CCSS Fire & Security, AST London, Crane Communications and the trade and assets of Essex Fire Sprinklers. The acquisitions follow the investment made into the business by Rockpool Investments and RCL Partners earlier this year.
From its base in the West Midlands, UKSD, design, manufacture and install bespoke aluminium doors, windows and curtain walls serving a broad range of clients across the UK, including specifiers, architects, contractors, commercial and retail sectors, housing associations and local authorities.
UKSD’s products carry the prestigious Secured by Design (SBD) and Certisecure accreditations, both of which are specified in major projects, and provide the group with a unique certification offering.
